Engineering, pointed at players

I studied Computer Science at Özyeğin University and spent my first working years building products: the backend and React client of Cortex, an analytics platform at Infometrica Strategy, and Outfique, an AI fashion-tech startup I co-founded and ran as CFO. Writing that code kept raising a second question underneath the first: not just does this work, but why does the product need it to work this way. That's the question I now chase full-time.

Mobile games are the best place I've found to chase it: tight loops, visible economies, and player behavior you can actually observe. I read a game's systems the way I'd read a codebase. I play it, log what it actually does, then ask what I'd test next. Each of my case studies ends in an experiment design with a primary metric and guardrails, not just an opinion. See the cases

Implemented authentication, API-key issuance and usage-metering middleware.
Built the query playground and usage dashboard on the same API contracts.
